Harold’s Photo does not repair cameras and lenses in-house, but we will send it to an authorized repair facility on your behalf.

Warranty repair service on equipment not purchased at Harold’s Photo is subject to a $20 pre-paid shipping & handling fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks. Impact, sand and liquid damage voids the warranty, and some equipment may be beyond economical repair.
Estimate is required with a $20 pre-paid shipping & handling fee. If repair estimate is accepted, the $20 will be credited towards the final price of the repair.
We cannot accept film cameras, Polaroid cameras, 8mm, Super 8 and 16mm movie projectors, slide projectors, VCRs or camcorders.
